It feels like a basic phone and it is what it is. It is not a cell phone that is useful for more than checking something or another on a social network, calling and receiving messages. Touch response is clunky and the screen sometimes seems unresponsive.
Pros- Shock and drop resistant
- Battle cell
Cons- Battery
- Tactile response
- Storage
- Overall performance

View answers - AutoGood cell phone, always depends on the needs. But the main board just went off
Being easy to transport, you also have to deal with the small size of the screen, very useful for my needs. But suddenly it was lifeless, it turned off, according to the technical service a failure of the main board, and there are no spare parts. I was very satisfied with the cell phone until this episode, but I think I'm going to continue with Alcatel.

View answers - Auto5 repairs in 6 months
In a period of 6 months I have sent it for repair 5 times. It turns off by itself and takes a while to turn on. A loud beep sounds and the screen stays in colored stripes and we have a hard time turning it off to restart it. In short, a terminal disaster. Now in our last repair and due to the claim I made, they have changed it for another, it is the same model, I hope not to have problems again since the guarantee ends in 3 months. The technical service has had us dizzy for 6 months, disastrous ANOVO.

View answers - AutoPretty wretched
In the two years that the warranty lasts, I have had to wear it several times. You disconnect from the Wi-Fi, calls are cut off, metallic sounds are heard in the background ... Anyway, the worst is the worst. The warranty has expired and despite having worn it so many times, it remains the same. The technical service has the same quality as the telephone. Never again an Alcatel.

Score
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
