- BV9000 Pro - Fake lies claims Rugged Mobile - Trash Rubbish Mobile & Customer Service
Blackview show on their YT the mobile being thrown around the pavement, thrown into mid-air & hit many times by a baseball bat or being stamped & kicked around many times by sharp bladed ice skates with no damage to the screen or the mobile.
Yet I fall on the pavement with the mobile in my hand at waist height and still in my hand as I fell and the screen from the bottom left side smashed with cracks all over the place with small fragments gone from the Edge.
You write to Blackview - very hard to find their email address. And they do not want to know about this clear FALSE claim of a rugged phone. It is total mi-selling and misrepresentation.
he idea of a ruggest phone is not to have a phone with a case cover & screen cover - it is rugged, & strong. Blackview attitude of ignoring the issue shows you really cannot trust their claims in words and videos - all fake. It is total and utter tripe false lies marketing from them totally and wholly. They should be ashamed of themselves.- 0

View answers - The phone itself is just fine. Service is non existent. They answer no emails, posts made to their forum are deleted.
They actually send out an automatic update, this always fails and crashes the phone. They simply do not respond to any enquiry, either to tech support or to their forum.

- Autothe phone is great.
after one month of use. the battery keeps the eye 2 days on the internet and games, over a week if you only use for calls tel. GPS great, I use sea maps and car navigation, accuracy is flawless. the sound does not interest me, you have to be a paceman to listen to music from a small speaker on your phone. the pictures come out great during the day, at night ... no camera takes good photos at night. The fingerprint works immediately. 128gb of memory is grazing. screen in the sun readable not like in bv 6000 where it was a problem. there is almost nothing to put in this phone.

When I bought it it was perfect, no problem, 3 months have passed and it gives me errors, the fingerprint reader no longer works, the double tap to turn on the screen either, I have to pull the side button to turn on, and when I do it it takes a lot. It gives me errors with some applications. The battery at first, right now, does not last for half a day, and I only use it to listen to music on spotify and to search for something else on the web. Another thing is the protector where the phone is charged, as the doubles a bit breaks, pessimistic quality. EYE! as you break the adapter of the helmets (As it is my case) is super complicated to find another, since the head type C is a little longer than the common ones that are sold on the internet.

Score
no Ki
- 5.9 Design & Materials
- 5.6 Performance & Hardware
- 5.3 Camera
- 5.0 Connectivity
- 6.9 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
