  • Gome U9 good for everyday use(games?!,no) if found on sale and if cheaper than say Lenovo z5s

Make sure to use the fingerprint reader to power on device instead of power button which in turn will call 9-1-1 emergency if pressed more than twice in short succession. An Android Oreo nightmare, not Gome U9's fault.

    Positives
    • Can still be a bargain if found on sale
    Negatives
    • Struggles to compete with certain, similar Lenovos

    Very good

I have a U9, a problem I'm finding that it can't get all the speed of Wi-Fi, I have a 240mb internet and even on the 5 GHz network it doesn't exceed 90mb, does anyone know if there is any adjustment for better speed?

    Too bad!!!

The phone has 6gb of ram which you can use only 3, bad processor, can not handle demanding games, its fingerprint stops working and you have to set it up again. The only thing I liked was that the phone charges 100% in 1 hour. Instead of buying this phone buy the Lenovo Z5s which is the same price and 1000 times better

I was surprised by the lightness, quality photos and good performance.

I ask price and everything working to the satisfaction I see no cost and benefit better.

Gome May Have Finally Hit Mouche

Good device for the price you only sin for not having the well-groomed operating system, Good Processing, Good Ram / Rom, Excellent Box Charger 12v1.5a Charges device from 0--90% in 60min + -, Camera in photos for the The price is very good and has a Night SHot mode that for 98 € nothing and no one will complain, as the video recording here leaves something to be desired ..., Screen is excellent resolution FHD + and 403 ppi, and the present UI is Gome OS3.0 based on Android 8.1 Oreo and not 9 as mentioned here Kimovil. What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
