- Nice phone for two years but now got software or hardware problems with every accy / battery
The telephone never get an broken glass, good resistand, the backside i have change maybe 4-5 times also the film protector on the screen. The phone giving sometimes errors now with loading battery only till 72 percent mostley charged, sometimes cannot see my simcart and than give a message from sim cart is changed, sometimes i got last times that it was going off by itself, the telephone has working well for around two years now, but get more and more error, have change the battery three times because i thought the battery was an problem it was not, it was the telephone.
Two years now i got this phone and now it is ready to change.Pros- good survival phone

Video and pictuer quality with indoors lighting is terrible, outdoors is not much better, no GPS at all, doesn't even show compass directions. it has dropped from my pocket on the ground a few times and screen doesn't display any more, its dead

Recessed charging ports on these "rugged" phones means your charge cables won't work, you need special long tipped Micro USB charging cables. Even if you have the right cord my phone still won't charge, I spend hours a week trying to get it to charge. I HATE HATE HATE HOMTOM GARBAGE BOYCOTT CHEAP CHINESE JUNK

The charge requires more than one day with the original charger or other. For the rest correct reception in 3G and 4G, good reception wi-fi, captures the GPS quickly, camera is the average purchase price in the sun and zero in low light. I bought it for use in hiking, alas unusable because of the problem of battery charge

Order at cDiscount reseller TOMTOP. it misses the 10 screws the seller tells me to go get them ... I made 10 smartphone store and 3 opticians, Not Found !!!! In GoogleMap GPS mode, consomme enormously I plug the cable HOMTOM on cigarette lighter .... NOTHING In fact the power management is GRILLED !!!! During a phone conversation where there was 10% of the phone's battery left, and the SIM card is burned !!!! I return my phone which had only 4 days of use Conclusion: to avoid - No VIS supplied - Food HS - SIM card grilled all this in 4 days!

I just received the mobile phone, it only has 2 days of use, DO NOT BUY! I already contacted the manufacturer of HOMTOM to complain, they say to send back to China to the site from whom I sold it, I will not spend more money. 1st there is no sound when I touch 2nd I can not select (ring types) 3rd I can not activate the function to access the Internet from the operator's card In summary, a bad investment.
