In my experience it was the best and it is the best phone for 600 dollars (starting price) if it is a camera by the OIS and 2x optical zoom. Do not forget that its night mode is great although it lacks some detail due to its 12 mpx, its selfie is rubbish. The screen is large so it is quite enjoyable alone that it is not at the level of the amoled. Its performance in general is good for the normal day and games only that it has some casual bugs that rarely bother. The battery was very good giving up to 11 hours of screen watching series etc and 7/8 in daily use, the 20w super charger exhausted its useful life very quickly. I forgot to emphasize that it has a lot of connectivity technology so I do recommend it today for 300 dlls. No longer receiving updates for about 5 months
Pros- Performance today
- Screen size and format
- Battery
- Camera
Cons- Selfie, recording in 1080, 60 and 12mpx
- Software optimization

Being the last of the Mate saga with Google services, I loved it, I wanted to renew the same series, however, given the situation, I will have to opt for another device. Even so, during its time I loved it, I did not like that they used their own memory system so I would have liked them to incorporate MicroSD, an AMOLED screen and the fingerprint reader on the screen.
Pros- Excellent battery
- Good performance
- Good camera
Cons- Not expandable by MicroSD
- LCD screen
- Rear fingerprint reader

Score
- 6.8 Design & Materials
- 5.8 Performance & Hardware
- 6.4 Camera
- 7.8 Connectivity
- 5.3 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
