- Bad experience with a Lenovo product
I have it since Apr 2019, original global rom (Euro), Lenovo provides no service, support outside China. Any problem, software or hardware, Lenovo isn't going to help in anyway, No OTA updates, as the seller claimed - android security patch is still Jan 2019, 1.5 years, Not even critical security updates.
Lenovo Motorola support people ignored my request, said even if it is Global ROM, that is not meant to be used outside China. Go to the seller and complain there.
The preinstalled Lenovo Help app, doesn't recognise the device too, throws unknown error on entering product details.
I couldn't register it as a valid Lenovo product - no Lenovo website recognised my device from its IMEI or serial number, contrary to what the product documentation states.
I asked the seller, and he knows nothing, just offers 1 year warranty, says send screenshot, and says send video for everything, and keeps quiet.
Stay away unless you can fix yourself.Pros- Average camera, screen, good looks and features.

View answers - AutoPowerful, fast, cheap, bad software, the worst mobile flashlight
I have the one with 6GB RAM and 128GB of memory. Fast, nice, cheap. Very good sound, fast charging. The battery lasts 1 day, 2 days if you hardly use it. The camera installing the GCam, good but not great either. The worst thing about mobile is the flashlight, the least powerful I have ever seen in my life on a mobile, therefore a shit about flash too. It makes me the screen is more fragile than others that I have had, It was a bite to have it without a cover in a jacket pocket. The global version is not updated. Small software problems but the phone works quite well and fast. In areas with bad wifi, I think that this mobile connects something worse than others I have had, perhaps it is because of the global version, with good wifi it works OK. The Chinese version does update.
Pros- Fast, fluid
- Sound
- Load
Cons- Flashlight / flash very very loose
- SW Version global does not update
- Wifi can be improved?
- Fragile screen?
- It does not have NFC

View answers- AutoGreat Cell Phone, with bad system
It is a premium intermediate smartphone with the best value I found at the time, I bought it through Aliexpress and paid a total of R $ 723 (with shipping and import tax). What I thought was terrible, and I found several people who also have a problem, is the Android that comes with it. I advise you to join the Telegram group "Lenovo Z5s BR (https://t.me/lenovoz5sbr)" to change your Android to a customized one, as the original gives a lot of headaches. Cameras and his are great, the battery is average, but in my use, it doesn't last all day. It has a very good screen, and the processing doesn’t let you down. I recommend the device, but change the system. PS: I use the Custom Rom Corvus, and it improved my use a lot, and the GCam gave a good improvement in the photos.

Score
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
