Cell phone for the most basic things and bye

It is an entry-level device that when it came out cost around $100, competing against the Galaxy A02s. I used it for almost 2 months since mid-November 2022, here's the post for you. The design is beautiful to my taste and for a 10 point entry range, it has good front use, anti-scratch and non-slip plastic, very well located fingerprint sensor although quite bad to tell the truth, comfortable buttons, very nice color, which I feel comfortable in general. The screen usually responds well to my touches and has a very good size that is enjoyable for reading and watching videos, but forget about quality because it has very little color range and I compared it with other IPS LCD screens, the resolution is Ok, At least I don't notice the pixels with the naked eye. It's very good for listening to music if you connect a stereo, the car stereo or something, because if you want to listen to music with the phone's speaker, you're just going to have a terrible time. As for the camera, it is only to take a photo at the moment to send in a text message or by WhatsApp for example or if you need to send a photo of some type of document, to make a video call as long as there is very good light but half way up there. If you want to take photos, it will only help if they are photos from very close up, like 2 meters or less, the landscapes come out without detail, terrible night photos as expected. What kills it is that it doesn't have panoramic or night mode. AH! and recording video is terrible!! It's just terrible, it takes a long time to focus, to adjust the colors, it doesn't balance lights and shadows well, the audio is horrible!!The microphone of this cell phone only picks up medium and high frequencies but nothing, absolutely no bass and I can't forgive that!! Anyway..., a cell phone to listen to the radio, or some calls, messages, maximum 2 social networks I would say and almost nothing else.

    Pros
    • battery
    • Beautiful customization layer!!

    Cons
    • Horrible microphone quality
    • cell phone speaker
    • It takes a long time to do everything, unlock, open something

    In general, it meets

in general it goes well, what I do not like are the software updates, the security patch has not been updated since February of this year, and the operating system, according to LG, will be updated between October and December and remains to be seen . Sometimes errors occur when you use the gestures and you want to go to multitasking quickly, what happens is the applications open by themselves so to speak. Something that bothered me a lot, and I honestly do not know what is due, is the fact that one day to the next the battery stopped performing what it originally did, when I bought it the battery lasted about 12 hours of active screen ( playing, browsing, watching videos etc,), and from one day to the next (literally) the battery went from sleeping 12 hours of active screen to only 7: 30-8: 00 hours, it doesn't bother me much that it lasts 7 or 8 hours because it still lasts for the day, what if it bothers me is that the battery performance drops so abruptly.

In general, it is a good cell phone, the fingerprint sensor fails a lot, the sound is misconfigured, it only appears as if it were connected to headphones and the speaker does not work and the charge is bad at times, you have to restart it so that it takes charge

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
