  • great phone especially for everyday use

the camera is at its best when you sideload the google pixel camera app, look for an edited version for the g7 on reddit

i bought mine (the indian model) for use in the US, which i don't recommend. if you're only using it sparingly or for a trip to india i'm sure it would do amazingly though

i've had mine (as of november 2021) since june 2020, and the only issues ive ever had with it were of my own doing lol. dont leave the screen on overnight or let this phone get too hot, it cant handle it. i did that exact thing and got image retention problems

  • This phone is much better than buying an old Samsung for a similar price.

This phone has worked quite well for me. The screen has cracked once, but I was able to replace the screen myself, so that didn't turn out to be a huge deal. The cameras are soa-so, they take good enough pictures, but nothing great. This phone doesn't have NFC or wireless charging if that is a deal breaker for you. My battery life has been pretty good, usually lasting me a full day with moderate use. I don't use it for gaming so I don't really push the phone's performance. Overall a great phone for the price.

    mini motor

A cell phone that was comfortable during its first 2-3 years of life, already at 4 it costs a little to do some other task. I bought it as soon as it came out and the truth is that from that day until today 1/13/22 I am more than satisfied. It is neither very good nor very bad, in the middle. The only bad thing maybe is the 3500mAh battery but with fast charging it's all a gem, at 15-20 I already have at least 50%. The cell phone in 3 years whenever I dropped it seriously never broke (although at the end of 2022 I dropped it, hit the corner and broke the screen [Keep working perfectly]). When the cell phone came out, I didn't have much faith in it, the Motorolas that had come out weren't very good and I thought this would be the same case, but somehow I trusted and bought it, I don't regret it.

Ki Cost-effective
Score
Not available
What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
