  • It's the best smartphone with this price range considering you are getting a AMOLED Display with SD625

The battery is extremely durable due to perhaps software optimization coupled with the 14nm SD625 and AMOLED display. The only downside is that its still on Marshmallow and no sign of any update to its ROM in the horizon.
However the custom ROM has more than enough features of Noughat and Oreo already built in so I am not bothered.

The negative side maybe that it does not support SD card Formatting of apps so you might not be able to install apps on your SD card. The 64GB ROM however does more than enough for me.

Another point is I found that the AMOLED display has been behaving abnormally. The upper 2/3rd of the screen is less bright than the lower 1/3rd and there is a line of demarcation between them which is visible when subjected to a white background with full brightness. Perhaps the display is of poor quality although AMOLED

  • Very Good

For the price, difficult to do better.
Reception is very good, better than my old RN4.
Sound is very good (dedicated atmos sdolby module).
AMOLED Screen is superb, once you see it you can't get back to standard IPS.
Plenty of RAM, Plenty of relatively fadst storage.
The System's UI is surprisingly fast. Faster than the stock MIUI on my old RN4 with tjhe same CPU.
Battery life is great. SD625 & Amoled=>no surprise.
Photo quality is a little mitigated : Front facing camera captures light and takes very good shots.
Rear camera is a disapointment in low light , the double Sony IMX258 seems under exploited and shutter times are awkwardly slow.
Other than that, in good lighting conditions with enough time and steady hands, yu can capture some magistral shots.
Then there is the elephnat in the room:android 6.0.
Nubia UI is great. I've experienced Flyme,MIUI,Samsung Experience UI, Nexus UI before and NUBIA UI surprisingly well optimised. But it is still Marshmallow watcha gonna do.

    • Battery
    • Amoled Screen
    • Very premium Build & design

Ki Cost-effective
Score
Not available
What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
