  • Exceptional performance for the price!

First off, I am using the 8GB Ram - 128GB Storage Global version of the phone here in the USA. My previous phone is the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

Headphone jack was a requirement for me without exception. I use it everyday for work so I will not buy a phone without it. One of the biggest and welcomed changes is the large battery. I'm a heavy phone user and I generally had to charge my Note 8 twice a day. With the Red Magic 3 I get at least a full day of use if not more. The Amoled screen is beautiful although the 90Hz refresh rate isn't that noticeable unless your in a game that supports it. The most noticeable game I could find that uses it was actually Pokemon Go. Night and day difference than standard. Speaking of gaming, playing Pubg mobile is fast and smooth on this phone. Even extended gaming doesn't overheat it. Cell reception on AT&T network is better than my Samsung. There is no option to customize the bottom navigation buttons. I prefer the back button to be on the right.

    Pros
    • Headphone jack
    • Big battery
    • Amoled display
    • Snapdragon 855
    • No notch
    • Cell reception (AT&T)
    Cons
    • No SD card slot
    • Can't reduce 90Hz to 60Hz to save battery
    • Capacitive buttons act as screen touches on YouTub
    • Can't customize bottom navigation buttons
    • Dark theme doesn't work in the setting menu

  • Luxury very high end cell

10 out of 10. PPI on the screen an lack of gorilla glass means you need a magnet lock case for maximum protection. Everything else is fantastic :-)

    Pros
    • Duel cooling with Fan options is fantastic. Antutu benchmarks on my version (8gigs ram 138gigs rom) is spectacular. Very bright screen. Limited ROM options till the end of May 2019 when global ROMs are scheduled. You need to go to 'navigation button an ge
    Cons
    • The only negative for me was my country (New Zealand) charging me an additional $208 import duty tax Taking the cost up to $1155 NZD. Worth every cent :-). Do not doubt this purchase. Crazy value for money.

Almost unsurpassed performance and worth more than it costs

The design is wonderful if you like more aggressive styles and gamers, especially with the rgb light behind. The performance on this phone is almost unsurpassed, it has one of the highest scores on AnTuTu and the phone will NEVER overheat due to the fan inside. Nubia's GameSpace really gives you a huge advantage in games, from PUBG, CoD Mobile, with the buttons (or sensors) next to it, it feels like you are holding a controller for a console, you are going to see what you will play much better . The battery is guaranteed to last you a whole day or even longer even when you're playing at full power. The camera is really very good to be a dedicated phone for games (these types of phones do not focus on the camera, once I warn you) This phone is worth what it costs, you will not be disappointed :)

    Pros
    • Unsurpassed performance
    • Fan to cool the cel.

Mobile gamer very top but with a design ...

An attractive and customizable design thanks to the multicolored LED strip. A 6.65-inch FullHD + AMOLED screen of very good quality thanks to its 90 Hz image refresh. However, the front panel does not take full advantage of being 80% of the useful surface. A hardware that few smartphones overcome, with the latest processor on the market the Snapdragon 855 and its 8 or 12 GB of RAM. As I said a software that reminds me of pure Android without many customizations or annoying applications. It is necessary to highlight the game interface "Game Launcher" with which an extraordinary gaming experience is achieved, in addition to allowing "mapping" the triggers L1 and R1 located on the side of the device. A single 48Mpx main camera that achieves correct and clear results and a 16Mpx selfie camera that I just didn't like. A shame not to find the NFC chip or the FM Radio. The battery is 5000mAh which provide good autonomy.

    Pros
    • Battery

he is very good, handsome and does not disappoint at all

The phone corresponds to everything you want and need. Its 5000 battery makes you have no way to charge it yourself all day long. if you play you will play at least 9 hours straight if it is a game like arena of valor. and 7 hours if pubg 7 hours if it is fortnite. Now use economy mode and set up the arena of value game all in the middle with 60fps. You play 11 hours without break. I just paused to have lunch at least 12h 21 minutes of free fire with setup in the middle and headphone. gave 9h and 27 minutes of fortnite in the "medium setting" without pause. If you want to play this phone you do not disappoint at all. and you turn on the fan just to say you have one. because the utility is inconsistent. It is not the best phone to play because there is rogphone 2 it is on the level of black shark 2 between the two red magic. now if you have even more money buy a rogphone 2

    Pros
    • Battery
    • big screen
    • performance
    • buttons for fps games. 3 buttons (digital too)
    • physical cooler that will be useful in the future
    • about cooler (games are still light today)
    Cons
    • 1920fps camera app to honey
    • (bugged night mode) has no gain on your amoled
    • velocity
    • native screen recording application config.
    • about above I'm using (third party apps)
    • about above. The answer was good. (falls short)

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
