- WARNING! MUST READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU BUY ANY OUKITEL PRODUCTS | C21 | BLACK SCREEN, MULTI GHOST TOUCH, BLACK SCREEN, ETC.
I bought my C21 on 24 Aug. 2020 (order: 8018520973650145).
I received it on 16 Oct. 2020 (tracking: LB077071065HK).
And then, on 28 Dec. 2020 my C21 STOPPED WORKING!!!!
It started with GHOST TOUCH, GHOST MULTI TOUCH, VERTICAL LINES, BLACK SCREEN.
I tried to solve this issue myself before contacting/annoying Oukitel.
I removed tempered glass and case protection, reboot, factory reset, etc.
Then I contacted Oukitel via message and e-mails, but I was IGNORED by them (29 Dec. 2020).
I have also tried to access oficcial download center from Oukitel file but I wasn't able to download it (FILE SIZE EXCEEDED)
Since none of this solved my problem, I followed some tutorials from internet.
So I tried to disable home button and active gesture navigation, etc.
I also noticed that there is an INTERNAL crack in the screen, I believe this was caused by the overheating of the flashlight.
The flashlight was turned on by itself during MULTI GHOST TOUCH.
Sorry about my bad English :)Pros- Nothing
Cons- Poor screen Quality

A nice surprise, this device makes sense between 110 and 129 euros where, between design and general values it has few rivals. it has one of the most beautiful displays I have seen on smartphones and it is a pleasure to interact, a vivid IPS with excellently calibrated colors, superior to many dull amoled, the IDENTICAL found on the Cubotx30.
Design is in fact another point in favor. The telephone part is very good, audio ok, clear and audible. WiFi signal ok. mono speaker audio isn't bad either, considering the reference budget.
Autonomy can go but if stressed between gaming or data use, I don't know how easily it can get to dinner. Daytime photos are appreciable, not the point and shoot, videos and above all the microphone are disappointing.
Both fingerprint and face unlocks can be effective but sometimes it's misfiring. Gestures are fluid although the return to home does not happen: when you swipe you simply go back to the screen you were visiting..a bit frustratingPros- display
- light weight
- not slow on operations
- has gestures but limited
- price
- design
Cons- materials a bit cheap
- focus on camera
- slow charge
- audio from mic

Score
- 5.5 Design & Materials
- 5.2 Performance & Hardware
- 5.8 Camera
- 4.7 Connectivity
- 5.0 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
