- It would be great phone, but the battery...
I had this phone for 4 years, main issue is the battery after maybe 1,5 to 2 years, weak 3300 mah really started to showed up noticeably, so my advice never buy a phone under 5k mAh battery, if you want to use their full potential for more than 1 year
Pros- Samsung flagship

View answers - Overall good ex-flagship, but after over 2 years of using, I starting to complaining about battery....
The battery is a joke, when you are using phone typically (FB, IG, photos, calls), you wont reach evening, battery is dead. I hate it in this phone. So I am planning to change it. Besides I love motion photos feature in camera app. Quick fingerscanner

The design in general I like, and it feels comfortable.
The screen as it usually is in Samsung is excellent, perhaps it would lack the 120hz although they were complicated at that time.
The camera is very good, both the night and day photo,
the video the same.
The snapdragon 855 processor is fluid, fast and good for almost any game, the RAM does it a huge favor at 8GB.
The battery is fair, to have a QHD + screen it is somewhat weak, although it is not bad and most of the time it will reach the day.
The connectivity is good. NFC, wireless charging, fine.
Overall very good for $ 300.Pros- Camera

Score
- 8.1 Design & Materials
- 6.8 Performance & Hardware
- 7.4 Camera
- 7.8 Connectivity
- 4.8 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
