- Tough, hard-working phone. Excellent connectivity, resistant to daily and intense use and handling. Poor design, though.
I only had to give up on this phone because the battery rapidly decayed after the first two years of use. Being a Samsung, design is almost neglected, so don't expect a nice phone. Being an "Active" version of the tremendously popular S4, it was hard to find truly adequate accessories. Wifi and GSM connectivity were top-notch. As the "Active" model, it was designed to be resistant to hostile weather and usage conditions. By the time this came out onto the market, Samsung's TouchWiz ROM was horrible both in terms of UI and user-friendliness. When the battery definitively gave up on me, I toyed a little time with several informal ROMs, which gave it a little of life on its own. It was good till it lasted.
Pros- Stubbornness and toughness
- Great wifi, GPS and GSM connectivity
- All Samsung perks: camera, materials, speed
Cons- Battery slowly died out on me
- TouchWiz and everything that came with that

View answers - AutoMobile that was good but is currently very mediocre
The S4 had a long time, currently it is a very poor and mediocre purchase, however, before it was quite powerful, but neither is it great, the GP (Grand Prime) are almost the same, a cell phone that could have been good before is currently downloaded very fast and it is very slow so much so that this 2022 is obsolete

Score
- 5.3 Design & Materials
- 4.6 Performance & Hardware
- 4.9 Camera
- 6.1 Connectivity
- 4.6 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
