  • Good smartphone but not implemented well

The Sony xperia 5 is a great designed smartphone with a amazing hardware SOC Qualcomm snapdragon 855, oled 2k touchscreen in 21 to 9 format. I bought the phone because design and camera and I was absolutely disappointed. The camera ist bad the pictures are in many situations pixelated and blurred. The sound of the stereo speakers are without depths and simple sounds like bad quality from a 50 cent store. I bought the phone in very good condition from Ebay and I paid not the full price but I guess new the phone is absolutely overpriced...

Worse than ever! 1. The screen from the corporate cover is scratched! - for half a year, all the edges are scratched to death 2. VoLTE / VoWiFi is not and never will be - operators do not support this phone in Russia 3. No focus on the eyes

The phone is a pass, the screen in its 21: 9 format is brutal and of impressive quality, the phone is super fluid.

    Good device, unusual, powerful, stylish

Powerful percent, excellent sound through stereo speakers and through headphones, a super screen, good cameras (I really liked the separate button for shooting, it's really convenient). But the most important thing is its configuration - damn it, why don't everyone make phones with this aspect ratio ?? He sits in his hand like a glove, it is very convenient to use one hand (at least to me personally). Now about the minuses: when overheating, when working with the camera, the second SIM card falls off, you have to get out the tray and restart the phone. Maybe this is a problem specifically for my device, maybe it will go away with an update, let's see. Battery - when used in calls, instant messengers, etc. it holds well; but if you just turn on the video recording, or the toy is more powerful, then everything immediately flies away before our eyes. If you put a battery of such capacity, then it would be better to optimize the device, my opinion. In general, the app is madly in love, it stands out among the infinitely identical Chinese design and chips. I bet 9/10

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
