A phone with a great design two years later and is still desirible! Low endurance on back scratches but high endurance on the screen. Biggest disadvantages is getting tooooo hot and internal memory is a joke only 8gb

  • A very interesting experience if You like to play wit rooting and things.

If You intend to unlock the bootloader, install TWRP recovery, root the phone; than it becomes a very pleasant phone to use.
After that You can uninstall all the bloatware, move partially all the applications to the SD, to overcome the low memory problem (8 Gb) and have some fun with it.
The phone seems to run best and coolest on android 5, so I suggest keeping the stock lollipop and just debloat it Youself.
Anyway, custom roms at disposal on the web, are not very optimized and almost all of them have some issues, so the choice is very small.
In my case, I debloated my lollipop, transferred as many apps I could on the SD card, and with Navigon, Sygic and a few other basic applications like ES File Explorer, File Commander, Office Suite, fv5 camera and cine, i have still 2 Gb free.

All in all, a good and nice phone, but not for beginners, since the lack of memory is a big issue that require some knowledge, warranty voiding and risk taking to overcome.

    Rooting it is essential !

    Good mobile in its time

I had it shortly after its release, it was really good in terms of the battery and the speaker, the rear camera was very good, the black points its 8gb of storage which is unusable !!!! We can't do anything with it, that's why I didn't keep it

It is a nice and compact terminal. It is waterproof, useful for very heavy rains.

The screen of the device is fair for the price that was sold at the time. Occasionally it failed when taking a photograph, but then it was fixed. Unfortunately after the last update available to the terminal, the device began to shutdown the system on its own, until it gave the LED of death (RED). From there it did not light again.

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
