- Good rugged phone but much more needs to improve.
I had this smartphone for more than 2 years.
I couldn't add here on KiNegatives but the bluetooth on the phone is not working most of the time..Pros- The phone is rugged
- It's not too expensive
- It's fast
- It has a lot of memory
- It has great speaker (very lound and quality sound
Cons- Side buttons get pressed while the phone is in pocket so the phone gets switched off by accident
- Needs a special charger with a thin jack
- Battery gets week over the time (last only 1 day)
- Doesn't have a regular 3.5mm jack
- Same jack for charging and audio
- The lock/turn on button is not so responsive now

View answers - SIM Card holder doesn't work, bad warranty support
The phone arrived DOA - sim card holder is designed badly, and so can get loose very easily. It sort of works if I put a piece of paper to wedge the holder to hold the SIM card more tightly.
Unfortunately, the phone has been broken the whole time I've had it, but the manufacturer won't replace it under warranty, or at least, they say that if I pay $50 to ship the phone back, then "might" refund the shipping cost, or maybe they'll say the phone isn't broken, and then leave me without the money and without a phone.
Very bad customer service.Pros- might be a good phone
Cons- SIM card holder badly designed
- no warranty honored
- bad customer support

Had this phone about 8 months now - wanted a rugged smart phone for work - after going through 3 iPhones in as many months.
This phone is rugged - you will struggle to break it in every day use - however after only 8 months the rugged casing surrounding the phone is starting to come apart - that doesn't fill me with confidence that this phone will last long.
The biggest and i.mean this is a really big issue with this phone is the buttons on the side of the phone. These are pressed far too easily when the phone is in your pocket. So sometimes it powers off completely,. Other times and far more annoying - the camera activates and has a fast pic function by holding the button - so you can literally take 100s and I mean 100s of black photos in just a few seconds. It takes forever to delete them.
Other than that - the camera is ok - not great - forget about decent low light photos - again this is supposed to be a rugged work application phone - but doesn't really match up to that.Pros- Good Screen
- Fast processing
- Good battery life
- Dual sim

Bought in February 2018, it finally passed away in July 2022 After falling 1 good bunch of times and on stones, suffered fishing with humidity, my work (cement dust, etc.) it was 1 super mobile that has resisted (the screen has never been broken) Besides, I don't really know what to do with it because it looks more of a gadget than the new ones On the other hand, it never fell in water and I disassembled the beast and inside it is nickel so yes dustproof
Pros- Resistance
- Reliability
Cons- Wifi picks up
- More autonomy
- Button on the side
- No more night photo LEDs

After 1 year of use I had many problems, the laptop is put to overheat in my pocket and burn at the 1st degree through the pants ... then the rubber on the coter this detaches and the height for an unbreakable laptop with armored glass is that it fell just once from my pocket at knee height on a paved street and the screen is cracked everywhere ... this laptop is a joke.

View answers - AutoA little disappointed with this phone
The big problem is a disastrous sound and after one year of use it's even worse, prominent keys that are activated at the slightest touch so we often turn off the laptop without intention, a battery that does not keep its promises at the beginning it is 2 days but a year after 1 day. Otherwise for the rest it works well and it is solid. But in conclusion I will not redeem a Ulephone.

View answers - AutoI do not recommend it
The truth is I'm already one year with the phone, and I really do not recommend it, it was a bad purchase. The power of the processor and amount of RAM are not noticeable, it is not fluent, it lags a lot and over time it gets worse. Note that Ulefone software optimization did not invest time. The reboots are becoming annoying and it is something that can only be mitigated but never fix this failure. The only thing that can be rescued for me is the battery, the high volume developed by the speakers and finally the shock resistance, with its IP classification.

Score
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
