Resistance and battery, a mobile for LIFE.

Very happy with the 3WT which is on its way to 2 years. I had to repair the earpiece speaker that was damaged, and then water got into it. I had armor 3 with which I did something silly and it broke. I found this one at a great price and I am delighted with it. The walkie talkie is amazing, it works. It has a great battery, if I use it a little I charge it on the 6th day, still around 20% battery, if you use it a lot it lasts about 2-3 days, going from 12 hours of screen on (use of GPS...etc ). It has good sound, but like the previous version (Armor 3) at the lowest point it still sounds very loud, and for this, third-party applications do not work to reduce it. It is worth commenting on all the accessories it comes with (extra screen protection, wrist strap, for the bike, a clip to wear the pants... and some spare parts).

    • Battery (12-14h of screen) or up to 7-8 days.

Despite the ruggedness of the phone, the screen cracked when it fell flat from a height of 1 meter.

In France, it is impossible to exchange the split screen of my telephone. You have to send it back to China. It's not really great. Too bad, it's a phone that I found pleasant and that I believed to be robust.

    Robustness and battery

Of this mobile it is possible to emphasize the robustness and the duration of the battery. The resistance of the phone is unbeatable and the battery is practically endless, and can last up to a week depending on how it is used. Fully recommended for excursions without worrying about the mobile being damaged.

    very good for outdoors

I loved the battery life, if it is submersible in water, the audio is very high (it is also a disadvantage) from the minimum volume, in Mexico I have a 4G connection that is good compared to other cell phones, heavy, but you get used to it fast (not recommended for photos with selfie stick). The walkie talkie is functional as long as you do not apply it with a radio frequency that has protection, since for this other data is required, if you do not have them you will only listen to the conversations but they cannot listen to you, for open frequencies with friends it is very good. Deficiency in bluetooth, the signal is lost if the headphones have less than 60% of battery, little range of the wifi to two walls you no longer have a signal, not any adapted to 3.5 for wired headphones has left, I did not like the location of the reader of footprints since when using the cell phone with one hand you can be activating it and it will remove you from the page you were viewing.

Excellent product, ideal for outdoor sports!

Extremely robust and exceptional battery life (6 days with little use or 3 with intense use), with consequent increase in weight and size. Fast charge, a few hours for full charge. GPS very fast, sensitive and precise. The presence of the barometer is also useful for hikers. Appreciable the minimum brightness achievable while in the sun the vision is more tiring even at maximum brightness (to read well in the sun you would need the e-ink display). Very high sound volume, unfortunately also by setting it to the minimum (so as not to disturb people close by watching a video or you take the volume off completely or cover the speaker with your finger). Excellent idea the eyelets (both top and bottom) to be able to hang up the phone. Ideal mobile phone for outdoor sports.

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
