- Would be a decent phone if it worked. Customer service from aliexpress is awful
loved the phone when i received it. Happy with the near bone stock android. after first week speaker in headset quit working. fought with aliexpress for warranty and was told there is nothing wrong with a phone you cant hear anything with. definitely can not recommend an umidigi product or the buyer protection of aliexpress.

View answers - Great value for the money, but camera need a lot of improvement
This is one of the best values for the money. Stock Android 9 is smooth due to the powerful P70 and 6 gigs of ram Battery is amazing too. The only negative, and it is a big one, its the camera. Even with the update released back in May, the camera is still producing very flawed images for what the 48mp hardware should be capable of. Software tends to produce photos with lack of saturation and night time pictures are way to soft and full of noise. Since the camera hardware itself seems to be very good, hopefully another update improves the software even more. In the meantime i recommend using Open Camera or Hedgecam2. Both have manual controls and produce better photos than stock . Hopefully a Google Cam mod will eventually work on this phone, but even if it is ported that requires root, which voids the warranty. Aside from the currently bad camera software., Its still an excellent phone for the price. Highly recommended. A solid 8.8/10

Works great TMobile USA. All around great phone for price. Does all things good. Photos are good (not great), display is excellent, battery life is 2 days. Untouched Android 9 is a pleasure. Audio quality with music is great. Really no complaints.

Excellent design, with a huge battery; RAM capacity and considerable space. The weight of the mobile and the camera are its defects. It does not update to android 10.

Hello, I have been using the phone for about ten days and it has already given me a small error that is solved with the restart of the terminal, something that does not seem normal to me but hey, I have also been able to verify that it does not receive any update since March 5 from 2019, I get the feeling that this phone model the S3 Pro is completely forgotten by the umidigi brand as far as updates are concerned and that does not give me any security for these reasons I am thinking of returning this phone, it is a shame because I like a lot. You think like me that it is a reason to return the phone thank you very much.

The only thing that lacks is support through system updates and security, but even without it I don't feel the difference and the phone works perfectly without errors. I do not know if only this second telephoto zoom camera does not work properly, so it does not catch focus and to avoid it you need to go into PRO mode for the zoom to be from the main camera.
