- Phone dies while charging
Bought in Jan 2020 in March the phone died while charging. Power w/ Vol up or down did nothing. Company Umidigi usa on ebay responded quickly, I sent back the phone and they replaced it. In November, the phone died again while charging and all my emails are being ignored. Reddit forum says the usb power plug burns out due to the bad factory charger. Buy (as always) at your own risk.
Pros- good price for all the features.

I have used this phone in less than a month and then it suddenly died on me. I highly do not recommend buying this phone or any other types of phones from this brand. It is not worth it for it's price. This phone may look good from the advertisements but in reality it is an average phone. This phone has a lot of issues like the face id most of the time is not working and the finger print scanner can not recognize and detect the fingerprint and much more. This brand is also not being cooperative in dealing with the issues for this phone. They only care for the marketing of this phone but they do not care about the customer services of the people who had issues using this phone. Overall, this phone is not worth it for it's price. It is better any days to check out another brand than having the same issues that I have with this brand.

Too disappointed by this phone with the screen calibration "too red". Impossible to correct that, and impossible to take serious photos as I didn't know what were the real colors. On the opposite I took some photos and sent them to my laptop, well photos there were so pale !
I contacted Umidigi but they asked me to film my phone with another phone (very easy...).
Finally I didn't keep the phone as it's impossible to correct that "red color calibration"Pros- Design

Telephone, good, sturdy, I've dropped it several times and no sign of scratches. the Negative point is the signal quality. In some regions the signal is very weak, while in other devices the signal proves to be stronger outside. That is just joy. Fantastic battery.

It is an honest device, meets expectations very well. I'm just having a problem that the battery is no longer lasting an hour, it simply drops the charge and turns off the phone. When I restart it, the load has already dropped 10%, so it starts and shuts down again and each time I restart it is 10% more until zero. If I load and keep it in the charger it will not turn off or restart.
