  • cost effective but..

    pros
    - beautiful glass design. really nice feel to it.
    - nice screen. close to being the best LCD on a smartphone (of the ones i have used at least)
    - overall performance. my antutu score v7 is 75956. a bit better than what others say. has had no lags or bugs at all for my use (light games and videos).
    - long lasting battery almost 2 days

    cons
    - gps. you need a lot of tweaking (1. MTK dev settings - AGPS - control plane - assisted data 2. other AGPS settings through other methods) for it to be OK at best. still i never get any signal indoors although outdoors i get way better signals than what others say. i use it for car navigation.
    - camera. also needs 3rd party app for it to be OK. the resolutions are true at least.
    - the lies. no OIS no sony IMX and bokeh back camera is fake. this device is definately cost effective without those but the lies hurt them alot. actually almost 9/10 in cost effectiveness but people hate liars.
    - no gorilla glass protection.
    - a bit heavy

I loved buying it in Quality / Price

Since about 6 months of buying it, the touch responds fatally, I restored it twice and never recovered, I have to press things almost a second to run, so imagine writing this same text or a Whatsaap.

Ki Cost-effective
Score
Not available
What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
