- Have had issues with ringer volume turning itself down and with mobile connectivity
Phone has several times spontaneously turned its ringer volume down to inaudible levels, causing me to not notice when calls and texts came in. The 2G/3G data refuses to work, not that I have much use for that (this was attempted with several different active SIMs). Wifi works ok - occasionally loses the connection in the house but that is as likely the wifi in the house as the phone. Also finding that after less than a year, the phone's ability to hold a charge is fading. Biggest beef was attempting to get support for these issues... difficult to find where to contact and when I did (via FB, email AND their support guy Chris Cheng on Skype, I got NO reply.
The phone was VERY cheap for its spec when I bought it I think about March of 2016, which is why I did as I'd not yet heard of the brand. I'm finding better prices on comparable Leagoo and Blackview phones with the latest Android version. All the prices i see listed are more than I paid (the GBP has devalued),Pros- IF they all work, the phone is fair value for money.
Cons- The one I had seems to have a few quirks/defects, and manufacturer's support was non-existent.

Cons- Sometimes when you switch, while showing that it has significance not accept or can I get phone. Must put it to flight mode, and then turn it off again to find signals in the network.

Score
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
