  Good phone bad supplier(AliExpress)

  I bought this phone in May 2017 and it broke in Aug.
  Symptom was, it was always little hot while recharge... then suddenly...
  in one day when you turn it on, "Encryption unsuccessful" screen comes up.
  After that, you can not do anything but only to turn it off.
  
  The supplier ordered me to flash the ROM(which loses Lenovo warranty) but did not help the case.
  Even I told it loses Lenovo warranty, the supplier did not really care about that point.
  
  At the end, I lost all my data because of the flashing and had to send the phone back to China for repair.
  The phone has 6-month warranty, but I HAD TO PAY REPAIR and POST.
  
  So, about the phone it self, I really recommend it for it's size, spec, screen, everything.
  The 5 inch size is great. Love to be able to use phone with only one hand for everything.
  
  Just, avoid the shop below and have happy ZUK Z2 life!!
