  Very fragile camera on the phone

  The disadvantages of this model include the very fragile glass of the camera. When taking photos in the 100x zoom mode, the glass cracked on the camera, a crack that was hardly noticeable at first glance appeared. The service center does not want to consider this problem, saying that this is mechanical damage, despite the fact that the phone was used very carefully, it never fell and was always in the case.
