You still have no devices
I had that phone in 2014, it was the first Android smartphone I had. I thought it was a mobile phone, I could do the daily tasks, the rear camera was enough for me, in those years. Right now I do not recommend it in any way, since it is an old device, which will suffer even with WhatsApp.
It is a very fluid device, the rear camera works excellent in the day, at night it suffers a bit, but you can use the flash as support. It has RAM and plenty of power for daily use. Some demanding games like PUBG run without problems. I also like your quick updates, for example you have Android 9 available for download. What I do not like is that the front camera is not very good, 5 megapixels.
