I received my two phones a week ago and while one works OK the other can't receive calls on either SIM slot. Cameras on both phones are buggy, for instance to use the wide-angle camera I have to first enable the selfie camera. The call quality (on the phone that works) is poor, and I have to enable the speakerphone for all calls. (I have perfect hearing.)
I’ve made contact with Umidigi’s tech department via their official webpage, but have yet to receive any acknowledgement or response.
