  An excellent surprise

  In 2019, when i was looking for an all round cheap phone that could handle everyday tasks, i got pointed toward the Redmi Note 7.
  Nice design, compact phone, good battery life, excellent MIUI rom, perfectly adapted for the average user at an affordable price range.
  I love that phone and i've recommended it to several friends.

  Broken after a month of use

  The smartphone felt down on the parking lot this afternoon. It was in my trousers and fell down when i was about to seat in my car (so about 90cm from the floor).... As a result the screen as a nice spider web, completely shattered.... First fall : dead.
  I'm so disapointed, thought this would be a "rugged type" smartphone.... it turns out to be a lame and overpriced gadget.
  For a rugged smartphone, pick the nokia 3310 .....

  Pros

  • Good call reception
  • Good texts and MMS reception
  • Overall fast and smooth response

  Cons

  • Not rugged ! Broken after his first fall on the ground about 90cm from the floor
  • No night vision (of course)
  • Poor quality Walkie Talkie
  • Extremely poor photo quality :(
  • The factory installed apps are useless

  Lifetime is a bit short : 2 months

  I'm so disapointed by this device.
  It has really nice features on the paper but it has proven to be a nightmare. The phone started to have problem with the charger, then, it was with some shutdowns... And now, we have tremendous problems to power it on :(

  Extremely dissapointed. No one would take it back to guarantee. Avoid that brand at all costs.

  I won't recommend that phone. Neither the brand.
