After a year it was going well, but then it became torture

The year I had it, the device was fine, but then it started to run slowly, the screen locked and I had to remove the battery to be able to restart it. In terms of power it falls short, the cameras look fairly good if you activate HDR, the screen resolution is garbage (480p), the battery used up very quickly to the point that it only lasted two hours, and the charger It stopped working. At one point the battery inflated and when it went over 50% it turned off, then I changed the battery but it also inflated again (it should be noted that it was a generic battery).

The good mobile that no one should have

My personal experience with that cell phone: HORRIBLE. 1) VERY SLOW; even with basic applications. 2) The Android version is disgusting and unintuitive. although you can update it with the help of a third party. 3) False charging indicator 4) Insufficient Storage, Only the mobile software consumes a little more than half of the storage. 5) The camera Regularly bad. 6) Who came up with the idea of attaching the control buttons to the back cover of the device? 7) The user interface - Bad, They could have improved it. 8) Only 1gb of RAM. So if you compare it with a j2 prime from 2015, this one with the same features offers you better fluidity and user experience, also excepting the storage, so it falls very short. 9) It is definitely not a mobile phone made for games so don't ask too much of it. 10) poor quality battery material. 11) The material of the mobile phone is resistant to falls, a point in favor of that. But not very scratch-tolerant. 12) Good signal reception and connectivity. In Summary DO NOT BUY IT YOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF A BAD EXPERIENCE. It is unfortunate that Motorola, being a recognized brand, has thought of making a mobile phone with such poor features. There are hardly few positive aspects for this cell phone being from 2018. When there are cell phones contemporary to this model/brands or even older that can offer you a better experience. I think Motorola offers good, high-quality and competitive products but this specifically the Moto E5 Play model is not one of them.As a satire: since the material of the mobile phone is certainly resistant, let's say that you had a bad day at work, school or at home and let's say you have anxiety. Well, you take the mobile phone and throw it against the first wall you see, so Every time you have a bad day or anxiety you can drain it, so this phone fulfills a Therapeutic function XD

    Pros
    • Resistant
    • Good signal reception, calls and connectivity
    • Good GPS accuracy
    Cons
    • almost all the sections that affect the user experience
    • Only 1gb of Ram
    • Insufficient Storage
    • Not very intuitive interface

Ki Cost-effective
Score
Not available
What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
