Every feature of this phone is amazing, with these exceptions. After a year, the fingerprint scanner stopped working. It received only 3 updates since I bought it a year and a half ago. There is about 2 gb worth of installed software the end user can not remove themselves, of which, half run constantly and are relatively useless. There is no SD slot so you are stuck with whatever limitations the model you puchased has.
My user experience is for the FRD-L14 (USA) model, not the L19. They unfortunately did not have a page or information for the L14, so did it this way.
Now my experience: Camera quality was superior to anything I used before, Including my Nexus 5X. Camera features worked flawlessly, especially on scenery shots. Mobile radio had constant 3 to 4 bars ensuring a solid connection no matter where I was. Loved having 4GB of ram for multi-tasking requirments and the 64GB storage was ample for me for the time I owned it. The screen was amazing in both color and resolution. The only drawback for me was the lack of battery power, which would last a solid day for me with my internet browsing and gaming habits. For some users, that would be ok, but my daily life could sometimes keep me from a charger for days at a time, so a little more battery power would have done the trick for me. The EMUI user interface, while restricted, allows for a lot of customizations if you know how and where to look.
