  Very bad experience: failure after only 15 days

  I bought a smartphone from DealExtreme on October 22, 2017. It stopped suddenly after 15 days of use (battery more than 50% charged). I tried to restart it: I have to hold down the power button for about 15 seconds to display the "Nomu, Powered by Android" logo on the screen, but the smartphone turns off again. When the smartphone is plugged into its power supply, it refuses to start and the screen remains off. I opened 2 tickets at DealExtreme Support whose answer that the products are provided by the store of the brand, so I have to contact for warranty. I contacted Nomu's support twice, but I never had a single answer. Think twice, before buying a Nomu smartphone, and at DealExtreme. There is no support and no guarantee even if they say the opposite in their FAQs.
