Internally, the S23 Ultra is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 processor, 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and 256GB, 512GB or 1TB of UFS storage. On the back, it sports a quad-camera consisting of a Samsung ISOCELL HP2 200.0MP f/1.7 main shooter, 12.2MP f/2.2 Sony IMX564 wide angle lens, 10.0MP f/2.4 telephoto + portrait lens, and 10.0MP f/4.9 telephoto lens. On the front, a Samsung S5K3LU 12.0MP f/2.2 selfie camera. In addition, the S23 Ultra features OIS, 4K video recording, 8K video recording, 3x and 10x zoom with OIS, and 100x digital zoom.

Connectivity options on the Galaxy S23 Ultra include Bluetooth 5.3, dual SIM support, USB Host 3.0, NFC, WiFi 6 (802.11ax), GPS (L1+L5) and eSIM. It has a 5000mAh battery and supports 45W fast charging and wireless charging.
