Over the past few years, OnePlus has grown to become one of the most popular smartphone brands around the world. The Chinese-based brand offers a range of products, from high-end flagships to mid-range devices. This presents an interesting battle between their two upcoming models, the OnePlus 10T and the OnePlus Nord 3.

The OnePlus 10T is the company's upcoming high-end flagship device, with an expected release date of August 2022. The device features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080x2412 (FHD+) and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Its brightness reaches 500 cd/m² (typical) and it has a contrast ratio of 1000000:1 and HDR10+ compatibility.

In terms of sound, the OnePlus 10T comes with stereo speakers and noise cancellation microphone. It also has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection at the front and 87.7% usable surface.

Under the hood, the 10T runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 (4nm) processor, paired with 8GB, 16GB, or 12GB of RAM (LPDDR5). Internal storage options are 128GB or 256GB of UFS Storage 3.1, while AnTuTu (v9) scores are 1005100. For security, the 10T has a fingerprint scanner embedded in the display. In terms of camera, the 10T sports a triple camera setup, featuring a Sony IMX766 50.0Mpx sensor with f/1.8 lens and CMOS sensor as the main shooter. A wide-angle Omnivision OV08D10 8.0Mpx lens with f/2.2 lens and CMOS sensor is present, alongside a Macro OmniVision OV02B10 2.0Mpx lens with f/2.4 lens. On the front, there's a Samsung S5K3P9 16.0Mpx camera with f/2.46 lens. Other camera features include Optical Stabilization (OIS), 4K Video recording and V1+ chip for image and video processing.

Connectivity wise, the 10T supports Bluetooth 5.2, Dual SIM, NFC, WiFi 6 (802.11ax) and GPS (L1+L5). Finally, the device has a 4800mAh battery with 150.0W fast charge support.

The second device announced by OnePlus is the mid-range OnePlus Nord 3. It features a 6.74 inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1240x2772 and 120 Hz refresh rate. Its maximum brightness is rated at 1100 cd/m² with 2000000:1 contrast ratio and HDR10+ compatibility.

The Nord 3 also features stereo speakers and a Hi-Res Audio, Dolby Atmos combo. Its body is mad out of plastic with 87.6% usable surface.

Under the hood, the Nord 3 is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 (4nm) processor, with 8GB or 16GB RAM (LPDDR5X). Storage options are 128GB or 256GB of UFS Storage 3.1, while AnTuTu (v10) scores are 1103441. This device also has a fingerprint scanner embedded in the display and a powerful cooling system with Heat dissipation area 29345.5mm² (VC vapor chamber area 4129mm²).

In terms of camera, the Nord 3 has a triple camera setup, consisting of a Sony IMX890 50.0Mpx sensor with f/1.8 lens and a pixel size of 1.000 as its main shooter. There's also a wide-angle Sony IMX355 8.0Mpx lens with f/2.2 and a pixel size of 1.120, alongside a GalaxyCore GC02M1 2.0Mpx macro lens with f/2.4. On the front, there's a Sony IMX471 Exmor RS 16.0Mpx lens with f/2.4 and 1.000 pixel size. Other camera features include Optical Stabilization (OIS), 4K Video recording, Lens 6P, Ultra Wide Angle Lens 5P 112º and Macro up to 4cm.

On the connection front, the Nord 3 supports Bluetooth 5.3, Dual SIM, NFC, WiFi 6 (802.11ax), GPS (L1+L5) and Infrared. Finally, the device comes with a 5000mAh battery and 80.0W fast charging support.
