I bought this smartphone for the configuration and the beauty of it, but if I had observed that it was so heavy and that this processor spends so much battery, I would not have bought it. To make matters worse, now (with less than a year) gave problem in the battery and here, in Brazil, I can not find his battery. I tried to get in touch with the company through the channels they offer, but in none of them did I get an answer. The email address for support, nor receive the email message that I send. So if you are thinking of buying the Bluboo S3, think about it, because if you have a problem, you risk seeing ships like me.

The phone heats up a lot, low quality camera, I only listen to the calls only on the speakerphone, I tried to contact the manufacturer and no.It was attended very sadly with all this, we give a vote of confidence to the new brands and we received a defective product but I will try to contact the manufacturer again I recommend not to make the purchase of this product.

the mobile and very pretty, and rather complete in terms of functions. On the other hand it heats up a lot at the least use, takes a lot of time to recharge and considering the big battery it is barely two days in autonomy which is little for such a battery. I am extremely disappointed. It is also very badly finished and the quality of the photos is bad to flee .. my k10000 oukitel was better.

Battery problems from the second day. You plug in the charger and it takes 45 minutes to start charging and then it takes another three hours to charge. This is called fast charging. When you have a 35% battery left it turns itself off and is unconfigured when turned on, you have to reconfigure screen brightness, SIM card data and wifi. It is really frustrating. I sacrificed the weight that exaggerated by autonomy but it has been a failure. I do not recommend it. By the way when you use it is heated to the point of not being able to hold it in your hand. The camera is horrible. To take a decent photo takes minutes after several attempts to focus. In favor that the screen is good and sound too, but it's not worth it. Do not waste time or money on this model guys, choose other options. The technical service does not appear. It is a horrible experience.
