  • Heavyweight but stylish

Doogee needs to improve a lot in camera quality. It has an average camera quality with poor software features. The 108 mp camera can work a lot better with an improved camera software. There is also no information about android updates. They should announce how many updates will be provided with each handset. This one has android 12 which should be updated to android 13. There is also no active doogee community in social networks. Thus, it is quite difficult to get information.

    Average camera, others ok.

I bought this phone due to the upgrade from my already jamming bv9800 and I try to choose reasonable parameters and economical armadillos due to work. The overall impression is good. The battery lasts 2 days with youtube browsing, playing music, etc. The stereo sound is "strange". You have to get used to it. Compared to standard phones, it does not have such depth, it seems more raw, the bass is also very weak. Minus the sound. The camera takes pictures not much better than my old bv9800, even comparable and the difference is between 48 and 108 mp. They're not very detailed. Under slightly unfavorable conditions, the quality flies strongly. I have the impression that the software is limited, even 100 pro allows you to record in 4k with the same camera and 100 only up to 2k. I'll get used to it, but I expected a bigger qualitative leap. The camera is weak. I recommend looking for something better in a given price range, unless the manufacturer updates the camera's software.

It crashes more often than not, unacceptable

Perfect for what I was looking for, battery life and resistance, a pity that on paper it had excellent hardware and software but it crashes constantly, it always freezes. moreover, the 20 gb RAM extension function is useless and does not allow you to see anything in streaming (Netflix or other browser videos), it is not clear why.

    For active people

I got the smartphone for 230 € and I think it's very good for that. The device does what it promises. It's big, it takes a beating, and in an emergency you can also use the device as a weapon if you need to defend yourself. The technical data are more than sufficient, you don't really need more in normal everyday life. For people who don't want to charge their device every day, this is just the right thing. You can easily find out how to use it for three to five days.

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
