- nice phone, but hardware hasn't held up very well over time
this is a nice-looking and well-built phone with a good screen and good sound (with headphones). however, the headphone jack has become looser with time and within nine months would no longer hold headphones in place without being taped.
after a year the glass back panels have cracked in a number of places, which is mostly aesthetic problem for now but could easiluy allow water ingress. between this and the headphone jack looseness, the phone has been covered in tape for the last six months.
SIM connectivity is not reliable -- since day one i have had to frequently turn off/on the (single) SIM card (or quicker, toggle airplane mode) to get the SIM card to re-engage. this happens frequently when i am sending text messages -- sometimes more than once a day.Pros- attractive
- good specs for the price
- pretty stable
Cons- loose headphone jack
- SIM card needs refreshed (off/on) frequently

Score
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
