- Don't Buy it
After a couple of weeks of use, I can say with confidence that 8pro is worse than 7pro. disgusting Network Connect with ATT, disgusting processor performance, severe throttling. Do not under any circumstances buy this phone for gaming, it’s easier to throw the money in the trash. On the plus side, the best camera, it really takes the best photos

It is obvious that Google made it's AI better on Pixel 8 phones but the thing is that their processor is still not as fast as it's competitors like Qualcomm, Mediatek, or Apple Bionic. I love the camera specially because Google knows how to take advantage of the AI tools it has created. The Stock Android 14 is clean, smooth, and stylish allowing the phone to run high graphics on demanding games like CODM even with a processor that is far behind the competition's; The Tensor G3 can Focus on AI tasks as the Stock Android 14 doesn't have bloatware that slows the phone down. The screen is awesome I love their new rounded edges and the brightness of the screen. Overall the build quality is great and it has a super comfortable and smooth matte back, I definitely recommend this phone to everyone except Gamers as this phone doesn't have the best battery life in the market nor the best processor.

The pixel 8 pro for me is excellent in what I need. In my daily life it offers everything I need, such as photography and user experience. The photos it takes are incredible and the color fidelity is excellent. Regarding its AI functions, I feel that it is missing some updates, they are somewhat slow and do not feel like something premium but they are a good touch that we just have to wait for them to improve over time. The autonomy lasts between 6 and 7 hours of screen time, it is not the best but it works quite well. In software, it is pure Android and it is luxurious, I have had phones from different brands and the experience has never been this good, Samsung is the closest and I think it would be up to you which layer you prefer.

I've been a big fan of Google products since the Pixel 2. My review is a bit biased, but I love this phone! The photos with it are once again excellent. Now with the new 48MP wide angle sensor I find that it makes me want to take photos with it more. When I had the Pixel 7 Pro, I saw the difference between the main sensor and the wide angle. Finally a phone with a flat screen! I was very jealous of Apple with their flat screen and now it's finally like that for the Pixel 8 Pro. I understand that it's beautiful the edges that fall and give the impression that the screen continues, but on a practical level the flat screen is much better. Once again it's an extraordinary phone! I love this phone, but unless you're a nerd like me I recommend seriously looking at the Google Pixel 8. But for the small group of geeks the Pixel 8 Pro is an easy choice.
Pros- New wide-angle sensor
- Cameras
- Very clear screens
- Flat screen!!!
Cons- The viewfinder where the metal cameras are scratched

I had the device a few days ago and honestly it has left a bitter taste in me... I saw so many reviews that I said "I have to try it because no one knows how to explain what is happening with this phone and it is the following. THE PROCESSOR is embarrassing, I couldn't believe it until I tried it myself, it's a shame that Google can't live up to the competition. I'm not saying it surpasses it but at least gets a little closer, just like Huawei did with its kirin at the time... Well no, this time Google offers its Tensor as the panacea when there are better and more powerful mid-range processors. Google wants to bet on AI, it seems perfect to me, but it sacrifices EVERYTHING for something that will only influence the photos and a couple of things that you will forget the next day, that you can do with the couple of unique functionalities that you have, and I say it like that because there are things that other devices already have but here they decorate it with AI. I come from a Xiaomi 12t pro and I can't be more I regret it, although I already dove headfirst into this hole and I plan to explore it thoroughly, maybe later an update will get more out of the processor or something similar...

Score
- 8.5 Design & Materials
- 8.1 Performance & Hardware
- 9.6 Camera
- 8.6 Connectivity
- 8.3 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
