I caught the Pixel 8 pro from a Netherlands online Store with 256GB disk for 770 EUR only brand new. It is an excellent cell phone with a huge and bright display, a very strong modem (better than any older Pixel phones) and a descent resolution. I use it as daily driver. Best at the Pixel phones are the local features you can use offline like transcripts, picture re-modeling and so forth. The CPU is quite not the best for high resolution games, but for working with the phone it is more than enough powered. There's also no degree I can monitor, it doesn't warm up or slow down in any meaning, even not in heavy load for hours. The very best features are the photos and videos you can take - the quality is quite better than at its predecessor, the Pixel 9 pro I bought 2 years later. All pictures are excellent, even in low light conditions, and the Video stabilizer is as good as my iPhone 15 pro. Owed to it's long update and upgrade cycle, I will use it for years - I sold my Pixel 9 pro a few weeks later because it was a downgrade what the cameras belongs. I think the Pixel 8 pro was a "big throw" of Google - next time, I would only buy the largest disk because of the plenty of videos and pictures you're going to shoot because of the excellent quality. Thank you Google and thank you, store from the Netherlands, for making me happy since three years now with this excellent phone, what survived 6 crashes on stones from 1.70m height without any damage.
