Excellent alternative to the ROG phone BUT...

Like Lenovo's LEGION range, it's a very capable gaming phone for gaming. Top quality/price/performance ratio but due to the purchase by Motorola, the phone was abandoned regarding updates. Now, the phone restarts by itself, quite a bug, loss of network and so on... in short, no longer buying!

    Pros
    • Powerful SOC
    • Pop-up front camera for game streaming
    • Fluid every day
    • Great autonomy
    • Additional buttons for gaming
    • two USB-C ports
    Cons
    • Latest security update in 2021
    • Acquisition by Motorola which cut the updates

    It fulfills function for games

Very nice phone, it draws a lot of attention due to its rear RGB, it is an unusual phone, the bad thing is the updates, the little information that can be found about it to solve some problems, and the night camera is not the best, the flash neither accompanies

A real beast, but not updated...

Bought June 2021, one update end of june, and... that's it...
That's the big problem. The global rom is full of bugs like :
    - no notification, or not showing on time, or not showing at all
    - the phone network / connectivity stops working, just like that. Can't call people, nor receive call, if you try to call it ends up telling you it's lost the network, if people try to reach you they end up in your voicemail directly. The thing is : it's a software but, if you restart the phone, it works fine for a couple of hours, sometimes for several days, but at the end, it always fails.
    - some application not working at all :-(

That's the main issue here: if the support was here, AT LEAST to maintain it, I mean I don't care about it having android 13 but I would like to have at least it updated to 12, which is not the case. It's really its weak point here cause the hardware is NEAT, but the software drowns it in your tears (just see here : https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Legion-Phone-Duel-2/Welcome-to-the-Legion-Phone-Duel-2/m-p/5074563?page=4#5511477)

I really don't recommand any lenovo phone as it seems it was the case already with the 1st legion phone, and will be with their new one...

That's why I can't give it anything more than 4 out of 10... The lack of support, and existing bugs living their best life since one year (some of them already entered high school), is just unbearable....

    Pros
    • Excellent screen
    • Very high touch sampling
    • Power Snapdragon 888, doens't heat that much to me
    Cons
    • Software update, none in a year
    • Software bugs, induced by no software updates
    • No android 12 at least come on....

Excellent equipment everything works great however it gets too hot, the fans are not enough to cool

    Pros
    • Everything is of super quality
    Cons
    • It gets too hot, you can't make an oak not three minutes because if it mega heats, the fans are not enough

It is wonderful, it does not even have the lag in writing that Legion 1 does, if the truth is already going from plane to missile

It is a terminal different from the others, that is why I like it and the applications, screens, games and other expectacular for demanding people and who like it to fly in the actions is amazing as its battery both in charge and in its use

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
