- Great value phone
Bought it for just 1300zł (about 280$, 230$ without 23% VAT) and it's been performing great. The photo colours are off, for example making the blue-tinted stormy sky look really gray. The zoom is not revolutionary - there's no telephoto lens, but it can zoom up to 8 times - I would not recommend going above 6x though. The macro camera is actually suprisingly good quality though. The proportions of the screen aren't good for me - 21:9 is too tall in my opinion, I would prefer something like 19:9. The Snapdragon 870 definetly does the job - the system reacts in a blink of an eye to your actions. It's a gigantic leap for me, since previously i used low-end phones featuring Snapdragons 425 and cheap Mediateks. It ships with Motorola MyUX, and if it were not for the preinstalled apps you probably would not notice that it is not stock android. MyUX features a bunch of quality of life improvements, such as gestures. The battery is also very good, but the 20W fast charging is not exactly fast - it takes an hour to get from 30% to 80%. I also don't like how big the camera cutout is - it contains two cameras, one of them being an ultrawide one. It takes away valuable space from the notification area, and is entirely useless to me since I haven't ever took a selfie photo as far as I know. Also, the phone features a dedicated google assistant button - I HATE it, since I hate Google Assistant and you can't rebind it to anything else.
Pros- Snapdragon 870
- Dual SIM
- Headphone Jack
- The camera experience overall
- There are custom ROMs avaliable
- Battery
Cons- The SD Card slot is hybrid - if you put in a second SIM card, you can't put in a MicroSD card.
- Camera colours
- Can't uninstall preinstalled google apps
- Unlocking the bootloader voids the warranty
- Too tall for me
- It has a dedicated google assistant button

View answers - Decent phone, but has audio issues
Overall the phone is quite good, but here are my notes.
Audio is my main problem with the phone: it has a strange/bad DAC, so the sound coming from the jack and speakers (earpiece too) is quite noisy on low volume levels, especially when you listen to a speech. The built-in equalizer can almost fix it: set the "game" preset, max out "bass", and set "stereo enhancement" to zero. But even after doing so, I can hear some static background noise.
On the contrary, I really loved the clean Android installation with neat features from Motorola. For example, a double chop gesture turns on the flashlight, holding the volume button skips a song, etc. The system is pretty customizable.
At first, I was worried about the phone's size (especially length), but in reality, it's not that big — I managed to fit it in my shorts and tried squatting — no problem.
Screen's response times are average — you may see some smearing in the dark scenes.
There is no night mode for the wide shooters.Pros- Performance
- Stock Android with neat features from Motorola
- LTPS LCD - no PWM
Cons- Bad audio DAC

View answers - AutoOld, but in 2026 it's still a tank
Okay, I've had it for a year now, in February 2026, and it makes me think I don't need to change phones. I use it for work and hobbies. I lowered the animations and refresh rate, and on a full charge, it lasts me a day and a half. I don't play games, obviously. The 870 is what gave it its status; it's a tank. It froze twice in a year, and it was fixed by locking and unlocking it. The screen is terrible in sunlight. The cameras are awful in cars, but... After digging around, I saw that it has RAW on all four sensors with a native app, which significantly improves the quality. With patience, you can get a camera comparable to an iPhone 11. Plus, the 4K video is decent. I'm grateful it doesn't update Android so I don't have to deal with buggy patches... although a phone like this could easily reach version 13 or 14, to get some fixes... Although it's well known that Android only slows things down so you buy a new phone. In short, the best cell phone I've ever had, and when I buy another one it's still with me.
Pros- Snapdragon 870. It's a current phone, 5 years old.
- 4k video
- Cameras in RAW mode
- Longevity, absurd manufacturing quality
- With good management, the battery lasts a long time.
Cons- You can barely see anything in the sun
- Camera in auto mode, horrible

The first thing that broke was the screen, then the back cover. Using protective cases is recommended. Incredibly, it emulates the Switch and runs smoothly at all times. It barely gets hot. However, its cameras are terrible, the speaker is mono, not stereo, and it doesn't have an equalizer, but it's okay. For its low price, it won't disappoint.
Pros- Performance
- Coverage
- Its display is inexpensive.
- Supports microSD cards up to 2TB
- Record videos at 6k
- Turbo Power Charge
Cons- It is literally fragile
- I would have liked it if they had stereo speakers
- Why has 3 cameras if the images are somewhat blurry?
- Its display is LCD, but it's fine for being inexpensive.

View answers- AutoIt's a good cell phone, it's good for 2025
I've had it for a little over two months now, and I'm very happy with it. To start with, it's very fluid. I have it with a custom Pixel Experience ROM (Android 13) and it works very well. The battery lasts as long as it should, obviously it won't last all day since you always use it at 90 Hz and it's a huge screen. Genshin Impact runs smoothly at medium graphics if I remember correctly, for example. Brawl Stars in gameplay always runs at 90 fps (in the lobby it clearly runs at 60 fps). I haven't tried any other demanding games so far, but the Snap 870 is very cool; it doesn't overheat as much as you might think from an 888. For me, it's highly recommended, although you probably won't like the screen ;-;, but it honestly doesn't bother me. The cameras came a little ugly for me because I bought this phone used, but with the G Cam the problem is solved very well. It's a very good and complete cell phone if you put custom ROM on it, I'm very happy and content with my cell phone, it's the best thing I could buy ^_^
Pros- Everything, practically
- Sound
- Cameras
- Battery
- Fluency
- Performance
Cons- It would have been nice if it was AMOLED
- The phone can support 120hz, I don't understand
- why Motorola left it at 90hz ;___;

Score
no Ki
- 6.0 Design & Materials
- 6.5 Performance & Hardware
- 6.9 Camera
- 8.1 Connectivity
- 6.3 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
