I bought this phone on 12/29/2020 in the official Motorola store. A week later, when you opened the phone, a creak appeared. I contacted Motorola support. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! Here is the answer: Good afternoon! Thank you for contacting Motorola / Lenovo support. We are sorry that you experience any inconvenience while using your Moto razr 5g. Allow me to inform you that the Moto Razr 5g model is not supported in Russia and the full operation of the purchased smartphones also cannot be guaranteed, therefore the service centers will not accept for repairs. For all questions related to this device, we advise you to contact the seller.

Score
- 5.6 Design & Materials
- 6.0 Performance & Hardware
- 5.8 Camera
- 7.8 Connectivity
- 4.6 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
