I was able to get it for $560, there is nothing better for its price, a complete high-end

Now that new models have come out in their Chinese version, it is an excellent choice. The Chinese ROM does not affect at all like other devices, everything is perfect, very nice and ergonomic, I think the camera but with the price it seems more than fair to me, I would have liked a 2K screen and my only complaint is the WiFi does not seem to have as great a range as my other equipment. The wireless ready for is a very well optimized madness. Otherwise it is a very complete high-end as long as you get it at a good price

The best flagship in terms of price-quality ratio

Perhaps the flagship with Snap 8 gen2 at the time of release is better for the price. Apparently due to the unpopularity of the Moto (Lenovo) brand, the price range of this smartphone has been reduced in China, so top-end hardware is at a low price. The smartphone literally (except for the cameras) has the best hardware. As for the cameras: they shoot well, especially video: both in high resolution. The photos are quite good, but it is worth considering - this is not a camera phone and you should not expect super quality. If you want super quality, these flagships are many times higher in cost. The only negative is the lack of multilingualism: only 2 languages EN and CN. Pre-installed applications are deleted via PC. The firmware interface can be partially Russified (the main applications and everything will not be stock in Russian, the settings menu is 50/50) and install Gaps.

    Much better than expected

When you buy a cell phone with high features at a low price, you expect to see a notorious cut, especially if you come from a "premium" cell phone from another company, the truth is that this has not been the case. Great screen despite being Full HD, yes, somewhat saturated in the first instance (changeable in configuration), and quite fluid with 165hz which, coming from 120, the truth is that it is more noticeable than I thought, surprisingly good camera, I expected it to come true, but I can almost certainly say that it's a better main camera than the one on my OnePlus 9 Pro, although I can't say the same about the wide-angle or zoom. Good sound, perhaps it disappointed me a bit since having Dolby Atmos one would expect perhaps a little more, which is not bad at all, but it seems to me that it lags a little behind in that aspect. Battery, much better than one might expect, it is really what I am most satisfied with but quite a lot, not only because of its fast charging, but also because the battery lasts a long time, compared to OnePlus, which was not exactly an eminence As for the battery, it gave me between 4.5, maybe 5 or 6 hours of screen on a specific day, this Moto X40 gives me between 8.5 to 11.5 hours of active screen! You load it up in the morning, and unless you're gaming like crazy all day, it'll work just fine.

Good performance, elegant, but ch version.

I ordered the phone in AliExpress on December 25 with fast shipping of 15 days, but it arrived here in Mexico in just 9! I did not order it from the store that kimovil recommends because it shipped in 30 days... Regarding the phone, the Chinese version arrived but I have already had several phones like this and it did not cost me much to install Google services, but it has several apps that I do not know they can delete it, until now I have only tried it on Switch emulators and the truth is that I was impressed by its incredible performance, running the heaviest ones like super Mario odyssey or FIFA 23 at 60 stable frames. I also tried Antutu and it didn't reach 130,000 points, it gave me around 1280,000... It's a very good phone, especially because of Motorola's "Ready for" function. The store where I made the purchase is called Motorola directly store from AliExpress

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
