- The best so far
This phone has been my daily driver for almost 2 years. I can honestly say it's the best phone I've ever had. The only downside and it's not a deal breaker for me is the lack of a headphone jack. It has a gorgeous display and almost a stock version of Android.
Pros- Warp charge
- Beautiful display
- Powerful cpu
Cons- No headphone jack
- Always on display is glitchy

In my opinion is the best android smartphone for 2021. The oxygenOs is very smooth and also fast. It has an incredible fluid amoled dispaly. Also the wide camera is simple the best especially in the night mode and i would say that the multitasking is unbelievable. Lasr but not least, the phone is very fast when you play games, the battery lasts about 1 day and half and it has an ip68 water and dust certification. I recommended to everyone it's a value for money smartphone.

I'm using the oneplus 8 pro 8/128 since a month ago. I bought it from a reviewer guy. He used the phone 6 months and he told me that the phone is incredible and it is. The quality of the photos is amazing. Also the macro camera works amazingly well (compared with mi10tpro and oppo reno 4 pro. Probably the oneplus and the oppo were the winners.). Also you can install the Gcam (google camera). The camera is also better with the gcam.
I use the phone all the day with a lot of things (I'm a computer science student) using a lot the phone I got more than 30% battery at the night(11pm working from the 9am). Today I used less the phone (3h 50min of screen time plus bluetooth music and phone speaker 1:30h) I have now at 1:20am 49% of battery and it says that I could use the phone until 13:30h.
The phone with case weight around 230g my dad think that is very heavy (he use an oppo reno 4 pro) but with 2h of using it you get used to and the weight it's easy to carry.

View answers - Had the oneplus 6 and it was the best phone I had ever used. My iPhone friends ask me to take the group pictures now.
This OnePlus 8 Pro is a huge upgrade for me and it performs as well or better than any other phone I've been hands on with. Only downside is the lack of millimeter 5G which doesn't matter to me because I don't live or go to metro areas. 5GNR seems more practical anyways.
Pros- Great camera
- Great quality
- Premium feel
- Works great on Tmobile 5G
Cons- Doesn't support mm5G (not really a bad thing for me)

I'm on my second OnePlus 8 Pro in just under 3 months.
First phone I had delivered had damage to it from the manufacturing process and also constantly overheated to the point of it being uncomfortable to hold. Had an exchange authorized by my service provider and received a new phone. Within weeks the software started to go a little haywire with problems across several areas. The most disturbing thing is that the handset has started to rattle as if something has come loose inside. It has never been dropped or misused.
I tried to contact OnePlus several times but there customer service is virtually non existent. It takes them weeks to respond sometimes and they've been of no help whatsoever. I feel completely ripped off !!
Do yourself a favour and stay away from these phones unless you want frustration after frustration.

Score
- 9.1 Design & Materials
- 7.6 Performance & Hardware
- 8.2 Camera
- 8.2 Connectivity
- 6.3 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
