  • The OnePlus Nord 2 5G is a great mid-range phone with some flagship features and some flaws.

The OnePlus Nord 2 5G is a mid-range phone with flagship features such as a 50MP main camera, 65W fast charging, and a 6.43-inch Fluid AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, but it also has some drawbacks such as only 90Hz screen, lacklustre design, and no IP rating...

  • very good for everyday users

Overall a good choice, but I needed google assistant working properly... or a good rootable processor! My device didn't allow google assistant to work with always on display going on (Even with the assistamce of Oneplus/Google customer care). Instead of rooting it I decided to change the phone: I don't think it's a good pone for custom roms. A nice device overall but I didn't like the OS. Great photos for tthe price.

  • Good potential for a phone, but problematic OnePlus management

Overall the phone is quite good especially for it's price range.

However, there were a lot of cases such mine with malfunctioning front cameras that needed board replacement and OnePlus didn't manage it very gracefully. It was done after all, but they could help users without so much trouble

Also, while initial software was ok, coming updates are very very buggy and being consistently pulled back... September 2022 and still Android 11 since 12 has been pulled back due to bugs a couple times.

Definitely destroys the after sales service with regular updates experience...

    Pros
    • Software fluido y limpio
    • Diseño premium y bonito
    • Deslizador de alertas
    • Excelente Rendimiento en Juegos
    • Cámaras increíbles
    • Carga rápida de 65w (35 minutos para el 100%)
    Cons

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
