    Stay away, unacceptable service

Stay away from this lousy company unless you want to step on it yourself and put more problems in your life. I bought it on 11/11/23 from Kotsovolos. On 2/27/23 in the morning I opened it, the screen where it folds had a black mark and the touch didn't work. Needless to say it has been in its original case with protective films since day one, not a single scratch as it has never been dropped or bumped. On 3/4 I did the whole shipping process since it takes a lot of time (packing based on the company's instructions, photos, printing a shipping label). On 4/4 UPS took the phone and on 5/4 sent it to the service in Poland. Since then I have been contacting them via email and chat but I am not getting any serious response except that they will contact me directly via email. It's about to close a month or the whole process, they don't serve me, they don't repair the phone, they don't contact me. So why give €1900? AWAY.. THEY ARE SCAMMERS..

Great phone, watch out for the bulk.

The OnePlus Open is a great foldable phone. Fluid, beautiful, practical... The only problem is the rear photo sensor which sticks out very strongly and can make holding the phone weird.

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
