I could say that after the usage of many Xiaomi budget phones, the Oppo Find X5 is the one that works like Huawei high level models on the Xiaomi's budget price level phones. Very nice phone for regular usage.

This has one of the best cameras I've used on a phone, the battery life doesn't last 2 days which can be annoying but the 80w fast charger charges it in less the 30-40 minutes so not a big problem. The WiFi is amazing managing to use the full bandwidth of my internet at 1.3Gbps. I've unfortunately dropped it more than a few times, no cracks or scratches. The screen is quite hard to see in sunlight so have to have brightness all the way up.

It's a reliable phone, capable of handling anything you want to do on a daily basis. Despite its age, it continues to receive updates and runs incredibly smoothly, although the battery life is a bit shorter now.

For the right price, you couldn't find better. I bought it two years ago for €380. It had a processor below the top-of-the-line models, but with incredible fluidity for everyday use. The build materials were also incredible. A little too heavy, even for its size. The problem that led me to replace it was the battery. It ruins the whole experience, even if it charges in 40 minutes.
Pros- For the price range, everything is very good.

Good camera and good battery. A benchmark in autonomy. Consistent and predictable autonomy. Keys to the superiority of the OPPO Find X5 in autonomy, according to my analysis: ColorOS 15 and its energy management: It is evident that OPPO has done a remarkable job in optimizing its customization layer, using AI and strict control of background applications to maximize battery life. Screen consumption: The choice of a non-LTPO Full HD + panel in the OPPO, although it may seem like a limitation in features, turns out to be an advantage in terms of energy efficiency, offering more predictable and low consumption at rest. Processor stability: My observation that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 in the OPPO generates fewer "consumption peaks" than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is crucial. This means that consumption is more linear and controllable, which directly translates into a more stable and regular battery life on a daily basis. Adaptive (or less aggressive) Refresh Rate: If the OPPO tends to maintain lower refresh rates (60Hz or 90Hz) in everyday situations, this contributes significantly to the reduction in power consumption compared to displays that seek to maintain higher rates constantly.
Reinforced Conclusion. My perspective is not only valid, but also very logical for a user looking for a phone "between two worlds," one that is high-end but prioritizes robustness and real-world user experience over racing for the latest specs. Getting two days of real-world usage with the OPPO Find X5 and ColorOS 15 is fantastic battery life and a testament to the effectiveness of device optimization. Truly, the OPPO Find X5 delivers that battery life and meets your expectations for performance and stability.Pros- Camera

I bought the phone about 7 months ago, with the best cases and tempered glass screen protector. I take great care of the phone, but if I could return it, I would. Why? I'm coming from a poco F3 8/256.1500mh battery. Oppo find X5 8/256. 1850mh battery. The battery lasts 6 hours less than my previous terminal. The Snapdragon 888 performs worse in all areas than the 870 in my poco f3. The phone often loses signal and coverage as well as the usual WiFi failures. The screen after 5 or 6 hours of use poses problems as well as the keyboard with ghost touches, you have to restart it to bring it back to life properly. The only thing worth it are the cameras, which are very good. Except for the selfie camera, which has a hard time focusing and distorts the backgrounds a lot, especially in low light conditions. In demanding games, the Find X5, setting the quality to medium, cannot run the game well, any medium-demanding game, the terminal gets very hot. Too much! The screen quality is very good but when compared to the Poco F3 it doesn't stand out especially. As for unlocking with the fingerprint under the panel, it works one out of three times, and if you want to record a new fingerprint I recommend arming yourself with patience because it will cost you. The sensor doesn't work very well. It's better to put unlocking "on the face". If I could, I would sell it and go back to my Poco F3 or buy the Poco F5 or F6, even with the handicap of the proximity sensor. It's a better terminal than the Oppo Find X5. By all accounts.
Oppo makes some beautiful handsets, very good quality in every way, but this handset doesn't convince me. For everyday use it's fine, but if you push it a little bit it'll let you down. The only thing that really stands out are the cameras. And their many effects. As well as the quality of their photos. Otherwise it's not worth it for what it costs. Xiaomi Poco beats it by a mile. And it greatly improves the quality of its cameras with the gcam on any model with decent cameras.Pros- Cameras

I have been using LG-V30, G8, V60 phones for many years. I am used to premium quality at an affordable price. I have been looking for an alternative for a long time and found this company - quality and speed, many functions, the system works at the highest level. I am completely satisfied.

Score
- 7.8 Design & Materials
- 7.3 Performance & Hardware
- 8.2 Camera
- 8.3 Connectivity
- 6.0 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
