The price is really competitive for the 80w model with bigger battery at 5000mah. Screen, Performance, Build Quality, Sound and Main Camera are quite good. Previously, I had a Mi8 old flagship phone, which is still very good and to be honest, Neo3 is just slightly better in all aspects compared to it on a day to day use. Mind you, Mi8 is 4 years old now and still a solid choice compared to that myriad of midrangers out there. Thinking better, now that I have Neo3 in hands, I could stayed a bit longer with my Mi8.
The photo quality are similar, faster on Neo3 for sure, but overall quality are similar, especially having GCAM installed on the Mi8 and working flawlessly. Honestly, I thought that the IMX766 would provide much better quality compared to Mi8 camera, but oddly, fine texture is a bit messy on that sensor, probably it needs a software processing improvement. Realme should hire the Nokia imaging team responsible for the 808 and 1020 software! GCAM is not fully optimized for Neo3 yet so I'm still on the stock camera app. Performance wise is much higher than Mi8 and screen quality are similar. Sound is better on Neo3 though.
Finally, a message for the manufacturers: I bet most of the user would prefer a killer main cam instead of those Ultrawide and Macro rubbish/gimmick we see on majority of the low/mid range phones.Pros- Display is bright.
- Main camera is good though fine texture is messy.
- Sound is well balanced.
- Superb performance.
- Really fast charge!
- Fast and fluid UI.
Cons- Ultrawide and macro cameras are useless.
- Battery endurance could be better.
- Lack of notification led.

After three years, it's still a great phone. While the battery life isn't great because it's a 4500mAh battery, that's understandable. Fast charging is a big help, and it's very smooth. I don't take many photos, so I didn't buy it for that reason; I bought it more for its power. Coming from a Redmi Note 10 4G, it was an incredible leap in power and reliability. I loved it and hope it continues to work well for another couple of years.

Score
- 7.1 Design & Materials
- 7.3 Performance & Hardware
- 7.5 Camera
- 8.1 Connectivity
- 6.4 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
