- Great phone for the price when I bought it 1 year ago.
Bought this for around $290 converted at the time last year. I compared this first between the Poco's MTK 1100 offering and the GT Neo with the 1200. Almost got won over by the X3 because of the microSD slot card but ultimately chose this to try the AMOLED (saw that it's Samsung, vs Xiaomi's LCD) and the GT Neo was too expensive at the time (around 350-380 for 8/256GB). Finally, the most neck-to-neck comparison is probably gonna be the Poco F3, which at the time costs around $350-370. I almost chose the F3 because of the SD870, but the multiple reviews/comments about the dimming screen when overheating is so numerous that I got turned off by it.
Pros- Sub-$300 phone with 600-630K average antutu score.
- Samsung AMOLED for the price
- Solid build quality
- Decent support for updates (I think 2 years)
- 30W charging is perfect (50 mins. for 15-90%)
- Okayish 4500mah battery
Cons- Ugly "DARE TO LEAP" logo. Like holy, it fills up 1/3 of the back cover.
- No microSD.
- MTK chips is generally less optimized as SD ones.
- Expect real-world perfornace equal to SD855/860.
- Some apps are uninstallable through Settings.
- 1100 gets uncomfortably hot in demanding games.

Score
no Ki
- 6.8 Design & Materials
- 7.0 Performance & Hardware
- 6.1 Camera
- 5.9 Connectivity
- 5.8 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
