  • Simply amazing, SAMOLED for less than $250, AMAZING VALUE

Took me a long time to find the right fone. Considered a 2 gen old Flagship. I considered the Redmi Note 7. But I made the right decision. There is very little difference in power from the RN7 and an old flagship has no updates or security patches.

I had to have OLED. After playing with the s10e I loved its design, single handed flat screen. So the A30 is essentially a very similar design, less powerful CPU, but a bigger screen of the same res 1080p+, the cameras arent as good but the same deal a main camera that is perfectly suitable for instagram etc, a great wide angle, the 5Mp really doesnt show up for web based photos and a fantastic selfie cam at 16Mp. It has just had an update for awesome camera functions like slow motion etc.

The screen is why I bought the phone, it really is great to have an OLED for late night TV binging. Its as good as an SAMOLED.

It has convinced me I will never return to LCD screens. I will probably keep this, it does all it needs to.

    • Screen, OLED for this price point is crazy value
    • One UI by Samsung is the best skin Ive used
    • The Cameras are fantastic for the net
    • It looks very stylish
    • Flat screen, no nasty slippery curved edges
    • Like a Galaxy s10e, less powerful but 1/5th cost
    • Nothing so far, my expectations realistic

    terrible cell phone

I've only been with it for a year and it's no longer useful, it loses the Wi-Fi signal a thousand times, it always freezes, I don't have many apps for the same reason, it has apps that I can't uninstall, it doesn't update, it has very little memory, it's very very bad cell phone, I do not recommend it at all

On May 23 I bought a Samsung Galaxy A30S, after a month it began to fail, due to the pandemic I could not take it to technical service, which I could do on October 8, after a few days they called me from the technical service that my cell phone was Sulfated and the charging module was loose so I should pay a little more than $ 33.00 for bad handling, when I delivered my cell phone it was without a scratch and the photo they showed me was not mine, which I let the person in charge know but he insisted that It was my fault and the technical service did not respond, the photograph that they had taken the day I delivered it mysteriously did not load in Wom, yesterday I withdrew my equipment since I was not willing to pay them that value since I bought it a short time ago, I they advised me to send it to another technical service and surprise !!! It was not sulfated, it had a FACTORY FAILURE which took less than 2 hours to repair, I have photographs and a receipt of the repair that the minimum that you should

    • That I found where they would see it and fix it
    • Put qualified and specialized personnel on the subject

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
