  • It's expensive by today's standards

It was a decent cell phone in 2018 but with today's standards it is becoming OBSOLETE, it sounds serious but it is normal, 64GB of memory and 4GB of ram today it feels obsolete and for the price it is too expensive I would recommend other options, this cell phone is not worth it pity despite not being a bad cell phone.

  • Good for everyday use, if you don't use the camera

Very slippery phone, I need to use with case.
Camera noise reduction is terrible, too stong even on good light condition. Detailless smooth surface on a picture. With HDR off a little better. Battery last long if you don't use the phone (2+ day), with 2-3 hour browsing, chatting last a day. App installing speed is 2-3 times slower than my previus phone(Lenovo P2), idk why. This is my first phone that I want to get rid of after few months.

  • Budget phone, flagship features

Who needs a flagship phone with many cameras if you can have this, unless you're really needs super-fast phone for super-demanding apps and 3D mobile games, most people who buy flagship phone just for style and pride, average user are just using their phone mainly for social media and communication such as WhatsApp, Line, or BBM (if anyone still use that).

The only bad thing about this phone is not IP 67 waterproof / dustproof certification, come on Samsung, A7 2017 model have that, why 2018 model doesn't ? USB Mini B ? even cheaper phone from ASUS, Xiaomi, and Huawei already use USB C as their standard.

    Pros

    Very good phone

It was a gift from my mother, it was her old phone but it was very resistant to falls and bumps, its screen was incredible as was its camera, the battery was very bad but in games it generally ran smoothly and with good graphics, it was updated until Android 11

Ki Cost-effective
Score
Not available
What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
