  • Worth but don't expect amazing battery

As I said, this phone is really good on everything except battery, when I got it and noticed how fast was the battery draining without using it, I was very sad but it gets a little better with time (around 2-3 weeks of use while it learn about your usage pattern).
Something strange I've found about the battery is that it drains faster if you don't use it than if you use it... crazy. It lasts around 6-8 hrs with 60hz and all apps on deep sleep (no background use), 10% of brightness.

  • Its a nice phone, but it has a lot of bugs

The notification panel does not support long responses, and it lags/decreases the refresh rate of the screen (only in the notification panel) to ~20hz when you are using the display at 120hz.

Sometimes the System UI just stops working.

  • Honestly, a great new phone I just picked up it is definitely worth it for it's price and it's definitely a hidden gem.

The phone is quite amazing for the price and it is definitely great at handling demanding games and being able to run them at nice graphic settings. Not to mention its 120hz refresh rate which let's you have a smooth experience. If you're trying to find a Samsung to buy thats great for the price, please give the S20 FE a chance!

  • Premium spec on best price

It's a flagship dropped down to an mid-range price. Vs my previous phone 1+ Nord , it has major upgrades for just 50-80 euro extra . Yes it has 6gb of ram , but is ddr5 and the storage ufs 3.1 , and the diference is huge. The hype for 1+ Nord war big , but for this ...just search for an review on youtube and you will understand , that this phone is the statement that Samsung can make onest priced phones that can stand in comparison test vs Xiaomi , Redmi , OPPO , Vivo and after 3 years still work... Can't understand how to chose one from above vs Samsung , only if you like to gammble , russian rullete , maybe you have luck and it works for 1-2 years , or your chineese cracker dies after 1 week. My S8 still works to this day and i LOVE that phone !!!!

    Pros
    • Display 120 hz
    • Battery 4500 mAH
    • Surprising good camera for 12mp
    • Ok OS and open for ONE 4.0
    • IP68
    • Snapdragon 865
    Cons
    • Plastic back but not an real con
    • Poor wi-fi antena
    • Week fingerprint scaner , ok , but not great

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
