- Samsung Experince 9.0 made this phone UNUSABLE
I don't have a lot of nice things to say about this phone, So i'll get them out of the way now. First of all, the overheating is a real problem. Samsung overestimated the hardware in this phone, and thought it would be a good idea to put Samsung Experience 9.0 on it, which is a decent UI but it natively runs on Android Nine, and with the hardware this phone has, Android Nine is possible, but it makes the experience God awful. The phone overheated so much that it wouldn't let me charge it, and I couldn't even hold it without my hand stinging, and it would claim in the notification panel that its "Cooling Down", but that notification only popped up after I threw the phone into a fucking bucket of cold water which solved the problem for (give or take) five minutes. Modern apps aren't a smooth experience on it, and Snapchat takes like 1 minute to open. This phone was good in 2016, but is awful in 2024.

Cons- Overheats to the point where you can't hold it
