After 3 months the screen has been breaking on the hinge part every time I opened it a little more. I send it as a guarantee to Samsung and they answer me that I will have hit it and that they will not pass it to me even if I send photos of how it was breaking little by little each time I opened it, they are cheeky I don't know how they dare to sell this. "Don't buy it, please, the same thing will happen to you."

I have the cell phone for about 1 year. To begin with, the screen is super delicate, the fold is marked as soon as it begins to be used, it has already been twice that it does not want to charge, the cell phone is shorted and I have to send it to be fixed. The design is very cool but I really do not recommend it, for the price I expected something better.

5 months ago I purchased the Galaxy Z Flip phone and within 3 months a wrinkled scratch appeared in the crease area on the screen. I sent it to make use of the guarantee and what was my surprise that they returned it to me claiming that it did not have coverage for misuse. Assuming that the misuse was that it was folded of course ... Besides, the battery did not even end the day, my mother! It's amazing ... I have filed a complaint with OMIC. Do not buy it !!
