I publish my experience on their networks so that other people do not waste time or money investing in their high-end equipment….Samsung does not respond to guarantees and they delay the processes for months and then deny the request arguing only their truths…because the The arguments they use are vague and baseless, just evasive for not responding. I bought a Samsung Z fly and it was just headaches with the screen, 2 times it went for repair and in the last one they argued blunt blows and scratches according to them by the user, so I asked them for the inventory of the state of the equipment when it was delivered for technical review and they do not respond at all to the SERVICE ORDER I ONLY SAID DAILY WEAR…. And the technician says the opposite, but he does not mention that he spent 3 months in 3 different cities, where the equipment could be hit and scratched, for 4 months of waiting it shows that they do not want to answer for the guarantee
